All disputes are subject to jurisdiction
of Delhi courts only.
The reservation or cancellation of passenger
on the Palace on Wheels may be done as per the following terms
& conditions :
BOOKING
20% of ticket value at the time of booking.
80% on ticket value 45 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATION
10% of the ticket value 65 or more days prior
to departure.
20% of the ticket value 35-64 days prior to departure.
50% of the ticket value 20-34 days prior to departure.
100% less than 20 days prior to departure.
CHECK IN
Reporting time is 4 pm at Delhi Cantt. Railway
Station.
OTHERS
10% Surcharge shall be levied on departure
during Christmas/New Year.
Mode of Payment
Payments can be made by Credit Card or
through Swift money transfer.
